YOU AGREE TO BRING ANY CLAIMS AGAINST A1 USA LIMOUSINE, OR ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF ILLINOIS. IF ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL, VOID, OR UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THAT PROVISION SHALL BE DEEMED SEVER ABLE FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING PROVISIONS.

Ground Transportation
 
Reservations:
We recommend to our clients to reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. A1 USA Limo .com will honor any reservation made online no less than 72 hours before the pick-up time. We can also provide you with a car at a short notice by phone upon availability. All reservations confirmed via email are guaranteed pick-up, However we can not guarantee you availability when you call with a short time notice.

NO SHOW POLICY:

WILL NEVER CANCEL ON YOU, our services are 100% guarantee with peace of mind and in return we expect THAT YOU DO NOT CANCEL ON US, AS WELL.

NOTE: If a vehicle (sedan, SUV, VAN, Bus or stretch limousine) is RESERVED by client or Reservation COMPLETED by us or CONFIRMED by both parties and you DO NOT CANCEL as per our cancellation policies and we send the vehicle at the pick-up location specified on your reservation and you DO NOT SHOW UP for any reasons you will be charge in FULL PRICE CONTRACTED on your credit card.


If you do not see your driver at a certain pick up point do not leave the spot before calling the dispatch room (must call # 800-774-8383 on your confirmation) We will connect you together. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

Our cancellation policy is very simple:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL- If you don't agree to the terms contained in this Agreement, please exit the Website and DON’T make a reservation.
All sales are final - cancellation policy applies to All Orders and Reservations, Airport Transfers, weddings, prom, hourly service and point to point etc.

However, Management occasionally makes exceptions on a case by case basis under special circumstances, If a manger approves your cancellation you must ask for an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number

IMPORTANT:
if an exception was made in your case you MUST make sure that you receive an email cancellation notice which will show your cancellation number, time you cancelled and date. This will assure you that your cancellation was accepted as per our cancellation policy and you will not be charge in FULL PRICE AS CONTRACTED.

THE LAW


Illinois

There's no right to cancel contracts or purchase agreements. Whether you can receive a refund is dependent on the retailer's return and refund policies.


PHONE CALLS, PRICE QUOTATION & RESERVATION CONVERSATION:
 
Please note that all conversation, voice calls, incoming or outgoing are RECORDED if you donít consent hung up the phone by continuing the conversation you give permission to be recorded.

Oral agreements can form legally binding contracts and our phone calls ; audio recording of the discussion or phone reservations recording can be evidence of the terms of the contract and they are legally admissible in courts or to present it as evidence to third party like financial institution, Merchant Services or credit card processing companies.

Damages Resulting From Your Act:
A1 USA LIMO.COM will charge you (as a client ) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in the Car . You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You could always avoid this fee by asking the driver to pull over safely on the side or in any service area so you can refresh yourself . You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A1 USA LIMO.COM WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any body damages to the outside of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations.
Account Restriction:
Incase of an unrestricted account, all individuals calling A1 USA LIMO.COM to request service on an account number will be provided service even though they might not have a voucher when they get in the car. You understand that this provides little or no security on the account and agree to pay all charges posted to the account until you notify us of who you wish to restrict from using your account in writing. You can always set up a restricted account that will grant service to only a voucher holder. You agree to pay for all charges posted to the account by the authorized voucher holder and acknowledge that you must inform us of any lost, missing or stolen vouchers so we can put a hold on it. You agree to keep those vouchers in a secured and safe place as it might be used in an unauthorized manner.
Credit Card Transactions:
Self starter, eager to learn, with a proven track record. Must have good discipline for record keeping.
General Inquiries:
We only take an authorization on the card to guarantee funds availability, it will show as (Pending funds) if you check your credit card account statement on-line. The authorization amount is usually higher than the expected charges just incase if you decided to make some additional stops you did not inform us of or changed your destination .We will then only charge your card on the day of the ride after swiping the card in the vehicle and giving you a total of your charges. We request your credit card information when you choose to pay cash as payment option . So we can charge your card if you did not show up or canceled after the mentioned cancellation grace period. Passengers are obligated to ask the driver for a receipt before leaving the car.

Disputes
For Corporate clients with established corporate accounts (Meeting the $200 a week minimum usage requirements), All charges of the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt. unless we receive a written objection within 30 days from the invoice date in writing. Copies of the vouchers under dispute should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

For Individual accounts and personal profiles, All charges applied to the customer's credit card will be considered correct. unless we receive a written objection within 30 days from the charge date in writing. Copies of the credit card statement or credit card slips or vouchers should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and none refundable.

All disputes should be forwarded to our billing department in writing and you are entitled not to pay the disputed amount until resolved. Fax to : 866-248-8275. You might also be entitled for a refund incase of a credit card all upon our investigation results in the disputed amount. Collection Fees:
You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due incase of non-payment
Rates Changes:
A1 USA LIMO.COM can change the rate book and any of the services, charges, costs, fees and expenses at any time without prior notice.
Itemized Invoices:
For Corporate clients with established corporate accounts (Meeting the $500 a week minimum usage requirements), Itemized invoices are being send regularly on a net 15 (Every 15 days) including a copy of signed vouchers by passengers authorized to use the account.

For Individual accounts and personal profiles, Itemized invoices are sent only when requested. Payment Due Date:
For Corporate clients with established corporate accounts (Meeting the $500 a week minimum usage requirements), All payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date. Payments not received within the time frame allowed shall occur interest charges added of %18 yearly or %1.5 monthly.

For Individual accounts and personal profiles, All payments should be received after executing the ride. For credit card holders the total charge will be charged to their credit card after completion of ride. Point To Point Fare:
Those are prices calculated based on mileage and zones for sedan trips within towns in Chicago, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania States. Any other sedan trips not found in the database would be priced at $2.00 per mile. Corporate accounts that meet the minimum usage requirements might eligible for special discounts depending on volume. Check with an account sales representative for special pricing on 3 frequent destinations your company require.
Airport Prices:
Those are flat rates for trips to and from major and private airports in the Tri-State area. Prices are based on mileage and zones.
Hourly Rates:
Packages of Vehicles rented hourly regardless of the traveling distance. Certain hourly minimums and zones restrictions apply.
Wait Time:
A 25 minutes for domestic (45 minutes International) grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for Inside Pickups only when Meet & Greet Service is requested.

A ten 10 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time will be charged at 10 minute increments after the grace period for sedans.

A1 USA LIMO.COM monitors all domestic and international flights, billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA).

For train station pick-ups, train schedules canít be monitored. Therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time. Stops:
A1 USA LIMO.COM charges $25.00 for stops made within the same town. $50.00 for stops made in towns within the route of destination. Half of the price of towns not within the route of destination. Some restrictions and special cases may apply. To stops, such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, a newspaper or to mail a letter, incur extra charges and if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.
Tolls:
All round trip tolls are billed to the customer depending on the route chosen. A1 USA LIMO.COM will charge for all round trip tolls to and from the designated destination. Tolls charges are reimbursed to the driver. A1 USA LIMO.COM collect the tolls only, We don't charge them.
Meet & Greet:
A1 USA LIMO.COM Meet and Greet Airport Service is offered at extra charge. However parking and waiting time charges (if incurred) will be billed to your account or credit card. The driver will be instructed to meet the passenger by the baggage claim or customs with a sign that has his or her last name on it, the driver will then escort the passenger to the designated car location (Assisting with the luggage). This package comes with a complimentary 25 minutes free for domestic flights and 45 minutes free for international flights from the adjusted arrival time.
Parking:
All parking fees and other airport regulatory fees are additional (usually $7.00-$12.00). We collect those fees and reimburse the driver. We do not charge them.
Gratuity:
A1 USA LIMO.COM does not apply any MANDATORY GRATUITIES nor any HIDDEN FEES to it's clients however a tip can be given separately to the driver upon the customer's discretion and content.

Tips can be given to the driver in cash or added to the invoice upon the customer's discretion and satisfaction. FEES:
A1 USA LIMO.COM will charge the standard %25 non-negotiable service fee on the total bill for ALL non-corporate clients .This fee includes state and federal taxes as well as credit card deductions and other miscellaneous fees.
BABY SEATS:
A1 USA LIMO.COM recommends that parents get their own BABY SEATS however we can provide Baby Child Car Seat: Forward facing toddler seats backward facing Infant Seat Baby Toddler Booster, toddler car seat ne for an additional $25 (please include that when you place your reservation).
FOREIGN SPEAKING DRIVERS:
A1 USA LIMO.COM can arrange foreign speaking drivers to accommodate all your guests and clients needs AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Languages includes but not limited to (French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and German). Please keep us informed of your arrangement ahead of time so we can better serve you.
Holidays Surcharges:
Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge, may require minimum amount of hours regardless of destination, will be charged to all trips occurring on:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day and all other major holidays. Baggage and Other Property Transported The Company does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the handling or maintenance of any baggage, parcels or other property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at Clientís own risk. Clientís baggage shall be carried subject to the available accommodations. Objectionable Persons The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way. Conduct of Passengers Client shall not interfere with the Chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, Livestock And Other Dangerous Or Unusual Cargo Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden on any Equipment (whether in baggage or on the person) at any time. Transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind are also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle. If previously approved by the Company, oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client. Unusual Cleaning If, during or after the transportation service, the Company is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material clean the vehicle due to acts of the Client, the Company, at its option, may charge Client additional fees to cover such additional time and materials. No Liability: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, breakdown, etc. Referral Program Refer our services to a new client and receive $5.00 off your next ride.

We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.
